Installation Within 2–4 Weeks

In most cases, we can install your pool fencing within two to four weeks of completing the final site measure, provided the site is ready and the required materials are available.

We can measure once your concrete has been poured, allowing materials to be ordered while tiling is completed. Installation can then be scheduled once the tiling and grouting are finished and sufficiently cured.

Custom glass, raked panels and specially fabricated components may require additional manufacturing time.

How Our Quote Process Works

Getting started is simple. In most cases, we can prepare an initial quote using your plans, measurements, photographs and other information supplied by phone or email.

Once the concrete has been poured and the fence line and levels can be accurately confirmed, Matt will complete a site inspection and final measure. We can then confirm the scope and pricing and order your materials while the tiling is completed.

Your final price will depend on factors including the length and style of fencing, number of gates, fixing method, site access, ground levels and whether custom or raked panels are required.

No minimum job size applies.

Warranties

Our workmanship is covered by applicable statutory warranties, while products and materials are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty periods and conditions vary between products, with full details available on request.

FAQ's

  • Do you offer both glass and aluminium pool fencing?

Yes. We install frameless glass and aluminium pool fencing and can recommend the most suitable option based on the home, pool area, site conditions and budget.

  • Can you provide a quote without visiting the property?

Yes, In many cases we can prepare an initial quote using plans, measurements and photographs supplied by the client. A final site inspection and measure will be required to confirm price and before materials are ordered.

  • When should the pool fence be measured?

The final measure is generally completed once the concrete, tiling, retaining walls and other surrounding works are finished, or sufficiently advanced that the final levels and fixing locations can be accurately confirmed.

  • How long does installation take?

Most standard installations can be completed promptly once the site is ready and the materials have arrived. The exact installation time depends on the size and complexity of the project.

  • Do you arrange pool safety certification?

We provide the relevant Form 15 documentation for the pool fencing. The client, builder or pool builder may then provide this to the appointed building certifier as part of the overall pool approval process.

  • Does metal pool fencing need to be electrically earthed?

Earthing requirements can apply to conductive fencing and components located close to the pool waterline. We assess this during quoting and can discuss suitable options, including insulated spigots for frameless glass fencing where appropriate.

  • Can you install fencing on steps, sloping ground or retaining walls?

Yes. We can provide custom solutions for steps, changes in level and more complex sites. Custom or raking panels may require additional manufacturing time.
